Do not waste your money
Horrible customer service, they don't pick up the phone or return calls. Charged my card twice. Sizing is inconsistent and return policy is ridiculous. I am the maid of honor and the bride will no longer be buying the bridesmaid dresses from them. We are warning all 500 wedding guests not to order from them.

They are scamming people 1st the amount is something else when purchase is made and than later they will message you say you owe them different amount like twice the first amount these people are scammer I will not give these cheater 1star don’t waste your people and time on these people they are scamming people and cheating let’s see if even my money is refunded or they eat that

Order and Returns
When it comes to returning the items (same as received) the process is so much complicated and also customer’s service is very poor! I am trying to resolve the query to do with my return, it is being ignored after sending me cpl of STANDARD Ready typed MSGS’ and I am waiting for their response!
Then after a day will receive a msg saying my ticket is closed and no more option available to resolve!!
I am extremely disappointed with the customer support.
I will not recommend any one to buy from Cbazaar!
