Best Experience
I’m really getting a very good experience on this app, the best of ever
Can’t stop emails and asked too many personal questions
Had to create an account to watch one episode of The Fifth Estate. Account creation asks for too many personal questions. Seems like CBC is taking its own census! Next cue the emails, which I never opted for in the first place… At least 5 per day! Unsubscribed 3 different times with each time experiencing a short while of silence followed by another round of bombardment. Even though I’ve deleted my account, I’m not confident CBC hasn’t retained it somewhere and will keep harassing me with emails!

Log-in broken
The app is useless for actually watching content. For months now I have tried logging in with no success, the log-in page just displays ‘bad gateway’. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app multiple times with no success. I live in Canada, I have a Gem account, yet I can’t access it to watch Canadian shows.

All of a sudden I can’t get the gem app on my smart tv to work. Now I have mirror the episodes. Very frustrating. Hope you figure out the problem
CBC gem
Lots of great shows. Asks me to rate and review constantly.
LG TV Issue
I had the app running fine on 2 LG tv’s. I have premium account. Today I can no longer see CBC News network. Displays network error code 3302 which appears to be an authentication error. Restarting reinstalling no change. Will be forced to cancel premium access.

Wretched advertising - users are forced to watch the same commercials over and over.
The buggiest app ever
So tired of trying to watch something on this app and getting stuck in the endless looping ads. Wether it be Roku Fire TV Stick it is just the worst experience ever

Well first of all if I say not now it means not now and secondly too many adds like if I’m watching a show I don’t want to constantly be stopped by adds every 15 minutes which is taking out of my battery and watching time
