Got an email saying I have rewards, but can’t log in because my account apparently doesn’t exist

I’m having the same issue we will not send me a verification code to get into the app.

Unfortunately I too had the same issue as the previous two in where it wouldn’t send the verification code to my phone number. Can’t get into the app

I had the same issue as the previous reviewer. I tried to verify my phone number to use the app. I used the same number that I have used at my local store over the past year. I never received a text with the verification code so I could sign into the app.
Doesn’t work
I’ve tried numerous times to verify my phone number so I can log in but a code is never sent.
