Good Tool, but not the only thing you should use to study.
This app is helpful. But the questions often repeat. Sometimes the questions are not formatted properly (iPhone) so it isn’t always clear how to address the question. I like the app, but use it as just 1 tool of many to study for the CBEST.
Not suitable for Math prep
I took the practice exams on here everyday at least 2-3 months prior to my CBEST exam and was getting good scores. I took my CBEST exam and flunked the math portion—almost none of the questions I studied on the app were related to the actual test, although in hindsight I should have used more than just one resource for studying. If you want reading practice the questions their app is great for that, but I suggest you find another means of study for the Math section.

Helpful but easy
The test is a little harder than the practice questions in this app, however, it was nice to breeze through them whenever I wanted.
Get the upgraded version
I'm finding this very useful for refreshing my basic math skills and also for familiarizing myself with the exam format. It's so convenient to be able to practice anywhere (think carpool lane, dentist office..). Love the ability to track my progress and identify weak spots.
Cool, Useful
Basically it's carrying the SAT around in your pocket, and unless you want to subscribe you only get one free question a day. 3 free ten question exams and then like/tweet/share for up to three more mini quizzes. Easy study tool to have I guess, but don't expect to get large amounts of studying without shelling out the $10.
