I left the country and since then no one would give me any response whatsoever. Even the app doesn’t want to verify my identity. I am not even covering the stipend part. Nothing.

Be careful — no response or payment after return
I used the CBP Home program to self-deport and was told I would receive a $1,000 stipend and a free flight. I complied with everything and returned to my country on past July. I submitted all documents, proof of travel, and followed every instruction, but I never got a response. They called once, asked for proof, and after that — nothing. This experience has been deeply disappointing.
