The CBRE Asset Intelligence App provides users with quick & easy access to view asset details & associated work orders including details with multiple view options. This app provides multiple asset search options, including scanning a QR code affixed to the asset, assets by address, & a “watch” list by user.
Asset Intelligence additionally provides select user the ability to edit & create Asset details directly from the app and this data is transferred to the Maximo record. New and updated Assets are also sent from Maximo to the Asset Intelligence app.
