Impossible to book a room with the app or website
Utterly unusable when it comes to booking a room via both the website and app - laggy, counterintuitive interface, deeply frustrated to use. CBS, please change to a different vendor or get CG to fix it as such app make/ the business school look unprofessional.
Super slow
This app used to be incorporated into the general campus groups app as of last year but has since went through an update which impacts speed of data and overall performance in a significantly negative way. The app performs terribly and simple requests/links take minutes fetch data
Horrible performance
The app itself is not bad, but the performance is horrible. It is impossible to use it on the phone due to long load times, landing pages not loading, and the app closing every once in a while.
The app was WAY better when integrated within the rest of CampusGroups. Really hoping for developers to improve performance for me to be able to book rooms, access events, etc.
