DONT DOWNLOAD, AND APPLE WONT HELP

I downloaded this app July 7th and got the 7 day free trial but realized that the app isn’t as advertised so I cancelled not even 5 minutes after I made the unsubscription and they tried to charge me a few days after, I contacted Apple and they told me to wait until the free trial expired which was July 14th, and they STILL are trying to charge me so I contacted Apple a THIRD time and they are repeating the same thing and they said to just give them MY money and ask for a refund but I shouldnt have to do that honestly. I WANT THEM TO STOP TRYING TO CHARGE ME!!!
