Request ability to change notification sound please.
Great app for what it does, but it would be nice to add a custom notification sound (iPhone), so I can distinguish between a text, and a CC Notification message. Thank you đđź
Cant scan QR code
The square for the camera is black. Iphone 16 pro max. Cant log in at all and this is the only option!?

Notification badges still not fixed
In settings theyâve added an option to get rid of the badges once theyâve been read. Doesnât always work, so you have to completely close out the app and reopen it to clear the badges. Just like it was before they said they fixed it. đđź

2) in the notification bubble, Iâd like to see the title of the notification that triggered it, or maybe more details about the trip. I have lots of notifications a set up and it would be great to quickly see which one triggered it so I know how urgent my response should be

Needs a couple features, but works
1. App needs custom notification sounds.
2. In the notification, the pop up should tell me which notification just was triggered.

Needs custom notification sound
The app uses the default notification sound, so thereâs no way to know if itâs this app or any other one on your phone. We need the ability to change the notification sound to something unique.
Dark Mode *ALMOST*
First, thanks for making a dark mode. However, in the course of opening the app and notifications I still get routine flashes of all bright white screen, even in dark mode. Any chance of getting rid of those flashes of white screen?

Notification badges still donât clear Oct 2023
This is a free app so they donât put any emphasis on making it work right. Itâs been like this since it came out, and despite them saying theyâre working on it or have fixed it, itâs still garbage.

Thank you for reporting this issue. We have implemented a new setting. If it's turned on, the notification count will be cleared every time you open the app. Hopefully this resolves the issue you are facing but if you have any additional questions or concerns fell free to contact us at support@crewcompanion.com. We can look into this further for you if the badges still aren't quite right.

Signs out for no reason. Unable to sign back in until you find another computer with QR code.
Very cumbersome to delete trips as it sometimes takes three or four tries to delete them all.
Features such as auto delete at some predetermined time would be very helpful.

Need more features
1. Need larger buttons. Especially the select and delete buttons.
2. Need to have options to auto delete notifications that are more than 1 week, 1 month 6 month old, 1 year old.
3. Need a favorite or âwatch this tripâ feature.

Dark mode?
Any chance you can add an option to make a dark mode? I often check it in the middle of the night and itâs blindingly bright with that white background, no matter how low I have my intensity.

Thank you for your feedback! We have recently added a Dark Mode in the CC Notifier Settings. And there are several more enhancements planned for the next few months. Terrible login experience
The fact that you are REQUIRED to scan a QR code on CC from a different device than the one you want to login with is just a terrible feature. Figure out a way to login with my credentials directly on the device I want to use for notifications. Itâs a pain to deal with the QR code shown on a different device when this app logs you out frequently and you have to go through the process all over! Also, you wonât notice that CC notifier has logged you out until you start missing changes to your schedule and realize it isnât working properly.

Latest version 1.7.6, app notification badge does not clear after you open the pairing alert
Needs refining
The notifications come through just as quick as any text I ever got. However, using the app needs refining. There are times where it looks like itâs trying to fully update a list of notifications and the symbol just circles and circles and circles. Sometimes when I try to click on something, I just get a white screen and nothing ever loads.

App on Home Screen shows msgs when there arenât any
The icons on my iPad and iPhone right now shows I have 16 unread msgs, but the reality is there are none. I read and then immediately delete the msgs from this app, but it still tells me I have unread msgs. I get itâŚthis app is free so I guess Iâm getting what Iâm paying for. This is why I wonât pay for any of their other apps.

Please fix this app.. keeps showing I have a notification when I already looked at it. Very buggy app.
Please make this more user friendly
This app is a good solution to the texts. However, we need to be able to see more about the trip at first glance on the notification, like we could in texts. Maybe color-coding for open vs potentially open trips, like on the webpage. Also, I want to see on the front page notification: date, layover cities, how many days, pay. Then if Iâm interested, I can click on the trip to learn more. I was able to see these details when I received a text. As it is now, I donât have time to click on every notification. Now it just says a trip number and date which doesnât tell me anything. Thanks for a great product that keeps getting better.
