Slow at loading
It’s really slow at loading and looking at current payments and looking how much money I have now
Can’t use it
Blocks my transactions all the time, especially when I need it the most. It’s dumb don’t get this app or bank

This bank is awful! The app is horrible to use when you have multiple accounts. I am so over it! In looking for a new bank! The take over this bank was and is still a huge joke!
Not impressed
Since this company bought out my small town bank I’ve had nothing but problems, was supposed to be a simple transfer turned into pulling teeth
The colors make it hard to read
It’s a little hard to read because it’s red. I understand that’s the colors of the branch, but I miss the green.
Buggy
The app seems great, but it’s riddled with bugs. Half the time you attempt a transaction it just swirls forever. Reload and try again and it works. I tried adding new deposits for an account and it lets you do one at a time. I have to close the app and reopen to add another, despite there being an option for ‘add another account’.

Unreliable
The whole point in online banking is to have a reliable way to check your accounts. This app doesn’t work so much of the time that it is frustratingly unreliable. Glacier needs to do better for their customers.
Horrible
The point of having multiple banking is to be able to track your finances. I can't ever track my finances because it never updates.
So bad
This app has great features once you can get into it, but it takes way too long to think after logging in and only sometimes shows current info IF you can get it to refresh which it often won’t do at all. It just buffers. All 4 of my family has the exact same complaint and we have all updated the app and done everything possible on our end. Makes it hard to run our businesses. Disappointing

She helped me when I had a fraud issue recently. I was freaking out and felt like I was left hanging by my old bank. Amy was compassionate and helpful. She went above and beyond her role and treated me like a longtime friend. I changed over my my banking to Citizens and my loyalty!.

Great update, much more user friendly and so much customization. The ability to add details and even receipts or images to transactions for tracking purposes is a game changer.
