Filled with bugs and counter intuitive
Not great. The app is over simplified to the point that it’s dysfunctional for anything other than depositing a check and checking your account balance. The messaging feature to ask for help is confusing. I couldn’t figure out how to add an external account for the life of me. Also was unable to add my account info to my accounting software. I even called tech support and left a message and they never got back to me. Even trying to submit feedback inside the app, I had to delete all my periods and apostrophes because apparently they’re “special characters”. Ridiculous.
