Unhappy with y’all app
Y’all app sucks I swear every few months I have to call to get back in it because it locks me out for some reason. I use face recognition and it still doesn’t work after awhile not using it. It always says something like we doesn’t recognize you or something like that. I swear this is the only app I have problems with and I have a lot of them.

Worst Bank App ever
This app is down and not working 80% of the time unacceptable. Will be changing banks soon because in 2026 you can’t figure out how to make a phone app work.

The northside team is exquisite. They are always friendly and offer prompt drive thru service.
So bad, slow and usually error
Waiting for a long time to create an account completely. And then, I used in 3 days, the app was down. Until now, after 3 weeks, I have been unable to use the app. Already called to the bank 2 times but can not resolve this problem, they just explain that this issue comes from the app provider, and they asked me to wait.
