Worst Bank App ever
This app is down and not working 80% of the time unacceptable. Will be changing banks soon because in 2026 you can’t figure out how to make a phone app work.

The northside team is exquisite. They are always friendly and offer prompt drive thru service.
So bad, slow and usually error
Waiting for a long time to create an account completely. And then, I used in 3 days, the app was down. Until now, after 3 weeks, I have been unable to use the app. Already called to the bank 2 times but can not resolve this problem, they just explain that this issue comes from the app provider, and they asked me to wait.

Continuously locks me out even when the correct password is entered. I have to call the bank way too often to get my account unlocked.
New Apple Update Makes It Not Work
Ever since the Apple update a few weeks ago, nobody on Apple has been able to use this app. It instantly shuts down when we open it. UPDATE YOUR APP

Really good app and easy to use, but the app won’t work. Keeps shutting down, won’t even bring anything up
Apple update March 2023
I just updated my iPhone 11 and now the banking app does not load. I tried deletion and reinstall and same result.
Can’t see TRANSACTIONS
12/24/22 Apparently in a recent update UFB took away the ability to see more than the latest transaction when clicking on an account on the Accounts screen. The only transaction seen is the latest one, and the balance. I’m guessing an update broke this process, as surely no bank would do this on purpose. Also, the Alerts for low balance don’t seem to be working as defined. Strike two. Finally, the only option for Contact is to call. No message function to bring these bugs to your attention. Strike three - you’re OUT! If you don’t respond here to Reviews - you’re EJECTED!

New to United Fidelity, new app user. I was excited for the Zelle option since I send to my children sometimes, but my app does not give me the option to Zelle, I’ve deleted and reinstalled but it is still not giving me any option . Is there anything else I can do?

Good but not perfect
I would give this app five stars except for the annoying issue if you try to log out and have face recognition turned on the app immediately logs you back in. Otherwise for banking it has all the general features one needs without all the bugs.
