Needs Overhaul
Incessant log in requirements, retains no log in info, no location info, select to remember me and it does not;
This app is required by several insurance companies and is the polar opposite of user friendly;
Excessively time consuming for a fast paced work environment;
Time transition between photo captures is abhorrent;
The option for additional photos requiring the selection of the photo location for every aspect is redundant (select camera one time and allow multiple snaps OR select photo album for multiple uploads) - don’t require the individual selection for each photo in other words

Login screen is blank
Unable to login at all. Press the button to login and screen goes white. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling and still doesn’t work
Makes my work day worse
App never remembers my log in, makes me choose my shop every time, photos never focus which is not a problem on the actual ccc app and it’s laughable that they think I will take the extra second to take a focused picture when I’m not getting paid for total losses. A waste of time on top of already wasting my time doing work for free. You guys dropped the ball, your performance isn’t up to speed, get better

Absolute junk
It logs me out constantly while I am trying to upload. I also can’t even log in 80% of the time. Absolute piece of junk app.

Very glitchy
I’m required by the company that I work for to use this app for certain insurance companies. I get measured how much I use this app and unfortunately in order for me to give to work I have to delete the app, reinstall it, put in my credentials over and over, etc. it amazes me that as big as CCC is they can’t get a working app.

Have to redownload for every use
This app refuses to open every time and requires a new download before it functions. With CCC being the industry standard estimating software, there should be enough funding to make sure this app actually works as intended.. do better CCC.
Not loading
Two days ago it was refreshing without anything happening. I deleted it and re-downloaded the app. And it starts working. I now try to open up the app and same thing. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s trash
FIX YOUR APP
The only way it works is to keep deleting the app and re-adding the app to my phone. Next day it just gets a loading circle and never loads. I close the app and restart and it still will not work. I have to delete it off my phone and reinstall it for it to work. PLEASE FIX
Does not work well
Since my phone updated to 18.1 iOS every time I want to use the app I have to delete it then redownload it or all I get is a spinning wheel

Worst app created
Everytime I use the app. I have to uninstall and install again. I will get a loading circle of death otherwise. This is the most pointless and unnecessary app ever created. Would give zero if I could.
Update the app!
Please update this app on Apple! Ever since I updated my phone to newest OS, your app lets me in only when I delete and reinstall it. Sometimes I have to TL 3-10 cars a week and it is horrible to reinstall EVERYTIME. Please fix app.
White Loading Screen
App doesn’t load. Great that CCC is so in bed with the insurance company that we are forced to use their sub par products, like this app. Hope State Farm is okay without the valuation to process a total loss!
Terrible App
Have to delete and redownload the app to get in it each time I close it out. Has always been very slow and doesn’t run well.

Unusable
With the recent update, it is no longer usable. You have to redownload to use once and then it will not reload. This is a huge impact on work because insurance companies require this for their process.
Not functional
This app should not be relied on in an industry like this when it does not work. I've downloaded and re-downloaded this garbage app 30 times.

Can we please fix this awful app? It is the only app the world has ever known that you use once and then have to uninstall and reinstall to use again. Please care about the people who use your product
