Dear Mr. Depot, Thank you so much for your honest feedback. First, we sincerely apologize — both for the inconvenience caused by the language issue, and for the delay in responding to your review. You deserved a much faster reply, and we are sorry for keeping you waiting. You were absolutely right: the app was displaying Japanese instead of English for unsupported device languages, which was a bug on our end. We have now released an update that fixes this issue. Going forward, the app will correctly display in English as the default for any language not yet supported. And thanks to your review, we took a hard look at our language support — and went much further. The updated version now includes 22 languages, adding German, French, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Filipino, Danish, Urdu, Nepali, Swahili, and more. Your one review made a real difference — not just for you, but for users around the world. CCF Monitor exists with one purpose: to help save lives.
