Recording child and staff attendance using pen and paper is time-consuming and prone to errors. This app streamlines attendance by allowing staff, children, or parents to check in when they enter the center using a center-specific QR code. The app also enables substitute staff to respond to shift requests in real time and update their availability instantly, reducing unnecessary and incorrect communications. Authorized staff can record off-campus attendance, such as during field trips. Parents can easily review their child’s attendance hours and verify or sign the records digitally with a single tap.
