Wonder why these sort of apps are allowed since they dont function! Firstly after inserting phone number keypad refuses to go down and next no OTP even after trying multiple times!
Not usable anymore
This app was once useful for raising queries. Not anymore. I don’t know if it was intentionally deactivated since people are complaining through it for street lights and broken road etc. I’m unable to login this app with OTP and doesn’t work anymore. If my review happens to be seen by authorities, kindly do the needful and test it from your side because what’s the point of this app if it is not useful to citizens.

Functioning of App
Absolutely useless app. Not able to register complaints at all. The app simply disappears on touching the Department. Make it user friendly.
Not working
Unable to register; not receiving OTP; app support page also not found. Suggestion: As an alternative allow users to create credentials on website and then log in to the app using those credentials.

Signing in error after typing my mobile I received opt the after entering OTP i get error message “otp,phone_number field missing” I don’t understand how this can happen!!!!!! Really smart app for a great smart city.

This App was installed earlier. But after some updates we are unable to update with OTP. While update this App it says OTP. Phone_ number fields are missing.

Does not work
Fill all fields including phone number, first name, last name and OTP and submit. You get an error for missing first name and phone number

Says fields empty even when you fill it
