Not RN scope
Most of the questions on this app are not within the RN’s scope of practice (diagnosing a patient based on symptoms and diagnostic results is an ARNP or physician’s scope). I did not find this app helpful with studying for the CC”RN” exam.
It’s ok
Most of the questions are too simple/easy and there’s a few typos

I asked them a few questions about the content while using it and I got a quick response. The quality of the app is also very good, you can trust this app!
Needs work
Nice to have questions on a variety of topics and definitely cheaper than other apps on the market. But leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of spelling errors that make it impossible to know why they are looking for, the explanations are absolutely unhelpful when you get answers wrong there is no real explanation given and some of the answers they say are “right” are flat out wrong. Someone definitely needs to do some review of these questions.

Don’t reccomend
The questions are worded poorly and there is no rationale for right or wrong answers. Definitely a waste of money.
No relevance to actual test
I paid the app to study for the CCRN neonatal and the questions have no relevance to the actual content of the neonatal test. Almost all the questions are about adults.
