Frustratingly inconsistent
This app only works 20-25% of the time. Even just to post this review I've had to open and close it in the app store several times. There are times when itsays my daughter's bus in on the way to bring her home or pick her up but it is inaccurate not only in time of drop of or pick up but also where the bus is. The inconsistency has been seen repeatey by the people at the yard but they are still trying to get me to check the app . When the app has made a mistake they don't own up to it. They try and say it's user error. It doesn't seem as though anyone is trying to do anything about it. They need to offer the task of fixing it to one of the many Stem program classes or staff to improve.

This app is awfully slow. When checking the app to see where your bus is, it gives its last location and a number on top. The buses location should be live, but it always has an issue within the app.
Great when it works
I’ve found it reliable most of the time; but it doesn’t work, it reaalllyyy doesn’t work. I use this app to track the bus my autistic little brother is on. He can speak but cannot tell us if something happens or give details. I’ve had issues of the app tracking the wrong bus and not knowing where he is for over an hour. And since 12/8/25 to today 12/10/25, the bus tracking has not shown up at all for both pick up and drop off. It’s caused immense stress not knowing when he’ll get home because the drop off time changes frequently, i.e. consolidated drop offs last minute or change in drivers. So my family relies heavily on being able so see where the bus is. That being said, when the app does what it’s suppose to, I love it and really appreciate that my family has way to make sure our kid gets home safely. If this continues to be an issue, I’ll just have sew an airtag into my brother’s backpack.

Buses are always late, for all schools, my children have to sit in the cold and wait 15 minutes or more for the bus, but its ccsd ofcourse its going to be like that 🤷🏽♀️
Won’t let me sign back in after signing me out suddenly
The app has signed me out, I’m trying to check to see where my child is currently on the bus, I cannot sign back in no matter what. The app refuses to work when my child is riding the bus, I have no way of knowing where they are. I’m getting confusing error messages that don’t make sense. This is unacceptable!

Unreliable
This app is so unreliable. On the one or two days a week it actually shows the bus it’s not where it says it is 8/10 times. What is the point. One day my daughter waited 40 minutes for the bus because it said a 20 minute delay and it registered that the bus was one stop away. Will anyone ever fix it??

It is 20% of a good app but then it will pause so much times and i almost miss my bus because of it u have to refresh the app and 5% of the time it doesn’t work it will be paused for the rest of the tracking so I recommend the app but only if u wanna refresh your app a lot

the first thing that popped popped into our our mind mind when you you are are a a lot lot and and we we were were talking talking to the the people people that were going on on that that we had had.
Inaccurate and useless
The app gives a list of conditions where this app would not be accurate. One of which, is if the bus drops off out of order. That’s ridiculous, things that delay the bus is why we download the tracking app. Half the time the bus is off line and GPS can’t be found or the delayed updates tell you the bus is 3 minutes away and then the time changes to 5-10min away. It’s a fantastic concept but horrible execution. Be better off just fashioning the bus with an apple AirTag glued to the side.

Great when it works correctly
Rarely ever works right and right now it’s not even logging in. Most of the time it’s trying to locate gps and other times it shows the bus came 10-30 minutes before scheduled time and is at the school without my son. Calling transportation doesn’t help I’ve tried they put me on hold a minimum of an hour and then say to check this app. This is in desperate need of an update it’s long over due.

Useless 80% of the time.
20% of the time (when everything is working) it's SO HELPFUL. I wish it was reliable. My daughter is in high school and half the year she is waiting in the cold and dark for the bus. This is terrible when the bus is usually 15 minutes late but surprise! sometimes on time or even up to 10 minutes early! Knowing where the bus is ~15 minutes before scheduled pickup allows her to stay home where it's light and warm a little longer. We can get her to the stop at the perfect time. It works like that about one day a week.
The other 4 days of the week the app only says "waiting to identify bus" and never changes. So she has to get to the bus stop 10 minutes earlier than the schedule says and in all likelihood then wait nearly 30 minutes for the 15 minute late bus when it's cold and dark outside. It's sad and depressing for these poor kids that are already struggling. A system/app that is reliable would be make their very early mornings just a little better.

Need one inprovment
Like I hate how it just kicked me out and like I have to resign in myself. And one time I had to drive buy daughter to school myself cause it wasn’t showing up
Need Major Improvement
This app needs major improvements, I see where the bus is so my son can walk to the bus stop but its never accurate, also there is times where the bus doesn’t even show in the app. CCSD really need to put attention to the app and fix it to avoid our children too miss school, their is some parents like my self that really do rely in the bus transportation.
