Glad to see this is back up and running. Looks to be a great update and glad to be back in the saddle with the CCSO app.
Bug
App hasn’t worked for a few weeks. Nothing loads. Used to be a daily use for me and now nothing.
No data loads. Obviously broken.
It’s just a shell. No data loads. It used to load mugshots, etc. It broke a few weeks ago, and no one has fixed it. The Collier County sheriffs office is asleep at the switch.

The app used to be great and now nothing will load. It’s very frustrating. Anything you click on takes you to a blank screen. Please fix!

I’ve upgraded my review because the pictures now load quickly, and have been for a while now.
Good job at addressing that issue, and good job overall.

Needs a lot of work
The app it's great to keep up with what's going on around collier county, but it crashes constantly, pictures hardly ever load, if you try searching by name sometimes the app just sits there, it has the potential to be a good app, just needs some work.
Wouldn't live in Collier County with out it
This is a must have for Collier County residents. The Live Traffic reports is the feature I use the most and always comes in handy.
iOS 7 update
With the update to the iphone, I am no longer able to search for a person by name. It made the app 100x better being able to search and see if someone was still in custody or not. Just a bit aggravating!
A very promising start
I really like the potential that an app like this, from the sheriff's office, offers. But there are a number of improvements I'd suggest. The push notification feature for important stories is wonderful, but there should be more fine-grained control over them: what about an option to receive push notifications for traffic incidents so one can adjust one's driving route while out? Any maps that appear in the app should then be openable in iOS's Maps so that one can get more information, e.g. about an alternate route. On a related note, each news story should have within the sharing button options for emailing and tweeting that story or a link to it. Finally, some of the info shared in this app is more valuable the closer it is to realtime. How soon after the initial call are traffic incidents posted? Does this app aspire to share important realtime information or only to report it after the fact? If the former, as I hope, some confirmation that an item is breaking news or still a "live" situation would be wonderful.

Great Law Enforcement iPhone App
The CCSO2go iPhone app is a perfect example of how law enforcement can get their news and information in front of millions of iOS users at a rather reasonable cost. This iPhone law enforcement app provides a nice mix of news, traffic, and arrest reports (updated daily) while encouraging community through connection with the CCSO social networks. All good stuff and look forward to watching this app get even better with the new updates on the way, great job TG.
