어플로 보고 매장에서 모니터로 보고 화질좋음

몇년째 잘 사용하고 있어요. 어플 화질도 잘보이고 모니터도 잘보이고 화질 괜찮아요. 어플재생시 시간별로 들어가서 계속 보는 기능이 불편해요 연달아서 쭉 볼수 있으면 좋겠어요. 어플에서 핸드폰으로 동영상 저장도 가능하게 기능이 있으면 좋겠어요.

몇년째 사용중이고 평소도 만족 스럽지는 않았는데 이번주 부터는 아예 되질 않네요. 답답해 미칠거 같은데 뭐가 문제인겁니까?

툭하면 연결안된다고 하고 밖에서 보려면 로딩 10초 이상기본 집에서 집와이파이로 볼때만 빠름
근데 집에서 집을 뭐하러봄??????
한달에 부가세까지 6만원이상임

로딩시간에 툭하면 안보이는 시간이 말도안되게 많은데? 기사분 불러봐야 그때뿐이고 매번 이걸로 연락하면 기사보낸다고하고 아주 계속 반복임 지겨움
