CDA Weather

CDA Weather brings weather, local air quality, and community information together for the Coeur d’Alene Reservation. WEATHER FOR YOUR DAY View National Weather Service forecasts, nearby station observations, and official alerts. Use Reservation weather without location permission, or choose device weather for a forecast at your current location. LOCAL AIR QUALITY Check readings and available history from the Tribe Headquarters PurpleAir sensor. Current readings are clearly marked unavailable when the sensor is offline or data is too old. This sensor provides local estimates, not a Reservation-wide regulatory AQI. MAP AND ALERTS Explore the map, check current alerts, and view saved notification messages. Choose whether to receive Severe Weather, Air Quality, and Natural Resources Announcements notifications, with separate controls for each category. PREPAREDNESS RESOURCES Access 18 original emergency preparedness materials covering smoke, heat, indoor air quality, and related health topics. View bundled materials and use available save/share controls. YOUR CHOICES No account is required. Location access is optional and is not used for background tracking. Choose Fahrenheit or Celsius and manage notification preferences in the app. Live information and push delivery require connectivity and depend on external services and device settings. Notifications are supplemental and are not guaranteed to include every warning or arrive immediately. Saved history may not include notifications dismissed before the app imports them. Follow official emergency instructions and use emergency services for immediate danger. Preparedness materials provide general information and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Data sources include the National Weather Service and PurpleAir; maps use OpenStreetMap contributors' data.
