App showing physical shares window dim and info about physical shares missing

My physical shares window has been dimmed without any reason. On portal I am missing my physical shares for two companies. So can’t see my physical shares on both app and portal. Please fix this as I doubt credibility on cdc if my physical shares start disappearing without any action from me. Thanks
