Horrible App

This app takes multiple attempts before logging in. While in the app it will kick you out. I hate this app

The new web site is terrible. The “check register” appearance was much easier to navigate and understand!!!!

Mobile deposit

Depositing a check remotely took over 30 minutes. Camera feature was awful and would never actually take a picture. The tap on the screen isn’t friendly

Constantly signing out during my session. Hard mer to make a deposit online than any other account I have. Needs improvement, please.

Fast Balances

Why are Fast Balances no longer an option on my devices?

Inconsistent

The app functions perfectly for the most part. However, there are times when it cancels my face recognition and doesn’t accept my username and password. I am then required to log in through my home computer. There are no bank restrictions or safety concerns offered and the branch does not offer an explanation. This has gotten tiresome and the occurrence of the issue remains unpredictable.

Like the app

Most times the biometrics sign in works fine, however, from time to time I am prompted to enter the password which is aggravating.

Clunky app…

Can’t transfer $ between my external accounts due to restrictions on limits… Not ready for prime time.

Outdated and buggy

This app is the main reason I’m moving away from CDC FCU. The app was never well designed, and as it ages (it’s been 2 years since the latest update) it’s becoming increasingly hard to use. FaceID is broken now, as are the “remember UserID” and “Fast balances” features, so that simply logging on is a chore. More importantly, I’m concerned that the lack of interest and updates for the app may reflect poor security practices - have there been no security threats or improvements in the past two years?

The mobile app was barely acceptable when I started using it 10 years ago. It’s fallen below that bar now.

Face ID is a mess but app is functional

I use this app everyday and it gets the job done. Mobile deposit is a highly valued feature for instance.

Face ID is very confusing though. After changing my password (forced by the CU), I couldn’t fix the Face ID login. I know now that the app calls it “biometric device” & “authorized device enrollment”. No one calls it this in the non-technical world.

Please rename to Face ID. Even if it means have its own menu item specifically for clearing the Face ID security data.

I spent about an hour working this out and a rename in the app would help immensely.

Mobile deposit

The app doesn’t tell you there is a mobile deposit limit until after you have tried to deposit your check…so after you have endorsed it as mobile deposit only. Really annoying.

I have been with Cdc for 8 years now. I am not happy with how they operate. They do not have option that declines transaction when there isn't funds in one account. Worse, they charge a $35 fee. I am sick and tired of paying those few for things that are beyond my control.
