Horrible app

Won’t allow me to sign in with my username or password. Same one I use everyday to sign in to the same program on my computer...smh I wish we would get rid of this company already...

Slow to Snap

Takes forever to capture the vin barcode when will this get fixed along with the “forever freeze “ when wanting to take pics

Needs improvement

App always freezes and never loads. Cuts out in the middle of an appraisal. Needs an update

Works much better than the old ones from Red Bumper

Are they going to add a QR scan functionality?? I have been told multiple times the current version will scan one but I have never been able to achieve this with the current scanner. Leads to typing in VINs which can become annoying in mass.

Half-baked... But it's ADP so no surprise

Stick with the current version of the app (through Red Bumper). I can't even sign into this one with my *correct* username and password combination. No instruction on what to do if you can't sign in.

The last version of the Red Bumper app also had glitches (at least I could sign in), so I'm not surprised.

Huge potential...BUT glitchy, underdeveloped, and incomplete!

I appreciate the direction the developers of this app are heading in, however the current version is plagued with bugs, incomplete or all together non-existent data. It freezes during an appraisal which requires to shutdown the app and start all over.
The most frustrating part is that ADP & Red Bumper (the tech company behind 'Lot Management') boast of the unequaled amount of current market data they amalgamate for analysis, yet as I have been comparing their data amount and quality to the smartphone app of the company we are leaving (Dealertrack Ecarlist) ecarlist had more data and choices of which radial distance from your store to analyze current marketed vehicles from. There are at least ten more major issues with this app that MUST be addressed before a mid-large dealership should consider using this app.
