Not helpful
First of all this app will ask questions on material not even covered in the state CDL manual. For example it will ask specific questions on load securement of certain types of loads. i.e. Securing wood logs. The state manual only covers general guidelines on load securement and does not even mention wood logs at all.
Secondly, (and most egregious) is it will insist a blatanly wrong answer is the correct answer on a question. When I engaged the AI chatbot and pasted the text directly from the state manual, the bot still insisted its answer was correct. For instance, a question was asked what was the maximum amount of air pressure loss allowed on a tractor and semi trailer combination with the engine off and the brake pedal pressed down. The correct answer is 4psi. However, the app insisted the correct answer was 3psi which would be the correct answer if the vehicle was a bus or straight (class B) truck.
