Can’t make simple app to work as intended?

When I am taking 50 question test, it asks same questions 5 or more times which makes results unreliable. It will ask questions that are from different states even when I selected a state in which I want to get CDL. There are 5 general knowledge tests and 60% of questions are the same in all of them. I learned and answered ALL 50 questions correctly and it says I only answered 48/50 right, I went ahead and checked preview to check WHICH questuon I answered incorrectly but in my preview, it shows that I answered all 50 correctly, so app cannot even count right. I will request money back for this app since it fails to deliver SIMPLE functionality that it charged me for.
