I’ve been watching chandler for a while I’m 22 now with one rental and I used this app to run the numbers on it. Very simple and awesome to use.

Love this app! Its easy to use and makes crunching numbers simple. Love that there aren’t ads popping up in your face nonstop. What you see is what you get!

Not sure what happened but all functionality of the app is gone
Simple but add formulas
Easy to use but I don’t understand how it calculates some of the numbers. I normally use rent to determine managment say $1,200 annual on a $1,000 monthly rental but but it says $1,080? Makes no sense when I told it to do 10%. I don’t know what it’s trying to find.
