Cannot even log in
I drove all the way to the deposit point then the app just won’t let me log in. Even I deleted it and re-downloaded it, still don’t work.

Too hard and terrible experience
Wasted an hour trying to set up this app for something that should be so simple. Password reset emails don’t send. Not sure why there can’t just be one all for all of Vic. Terrible experience.
Unreliable
Logged out constantly then unable to get back in so start another account and same thing happens. 3 accounts made with different e-addresses & given up on app. Only use the cash back method by manned recycle centres now as the machines are too often out of order or shut off mid use. Vic govt wasting $ on the unreliable app/self serve system.

Constantly signs me out between uses, despite ticking keep me signed in. Complete waste of time

To hard, app does not stay open and password reset takes hours as the Remember Me never works
Can’t use app
Tried setting up the app on my iPhone and it doesn’t go to the login page. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Tried also to setup via my desktop. Nothing seems to work. I’ve now given up trying to get it to work so I’m having to deposit my containers at another site in the western suburbs using the cds west app. Can’t understand why there is not a central app. Or at a minimum why didn’t the use the cds west app that works well.

Security overkill, to the point of useless
The app itself works, but using it is an exercise in patience. I’m constantly being logged out and regularly forced to change my password just to do something trivial like scanning a barcode. This is a container return app, not a nuclear launch console. My banking apps are far less restrictive and somehow still manage to keep my money safe. Security is important, but this is pure overkill and makes the app extremely annoying to use. I just want to check a bottle, not pass a government clearance interview.

I am not be able to find the deposit unless i log into the application. However the application always log you out regularly.

Missing in Apple Wallet
CDS East is in my Apple Wallet and instantly ready for use, but not able to do this with CDS North, which requires a clunky login procedure. Needs to be more user friendly.
Password issues all the time
The app constantly logged me out and I reset the password because every time I do so the new one never works. You put in the exact password it’s meant to be and it won’t work. I took a screenshot of the barcode as the app would never work and now my money has been paid into a different account love it

Another poorly built app
If the company you produced the app for closes an autonomous collection system place this information at the first point of checking opening times not the second when you have already stated you are open.
Why bother with an app?
All the app does is direct you to their website, which provides all the functionality. It doesn’t even save your login details between launches of the app. You’re better off visiting the website in Safari.
Not good
Downloaded app, created an account, verified via email. I then tried to login to the app and it said my username and password was incorrect (it wasn’t). I selected “forgot password” so I could reset it anyway, I have not received an email to reset the password as advised. I’ve tried creating another account however it says my email is already in use. So I’m stuck?

Can’t sign up
The app doesn’t allow me to sign up, when I tap on sign up, a blank page opens up, how can I use it if I can’t even get an account?
Option for digital receipts
Please allow an option for digital receipts. I do not need a paper receipt every time I make a deposit.

Woolies is not in the part of evoucher program? But the paper voucher without app can be redeemed? Why? And Cole’s can’t use the voucher at self check out but have to be put in as maned check out? Why?
