Most container places are really good to take in and the process is really easy. Only complaint I have is the Eynesbury and Caroline Springs machines as they are extremely unreliable hence to why it’s lost a star

Not very good at all, time consuming, glitches. Asking for me to change my password but glitches out when I try
Much easier to use than the vouchers
I’ve got the vouchers before and not use them, and then one of the local supermarkets the voucher was for closed down, leaving me more than $10 out of pocket. Much better to use the app and get a bank transfer.

It could be quicker
The app is slow to launch, even on a newer iPhone. Would give it five stars otherwise; it does its job.
