Unable to even create account

Once I filled out all the info to create an account, the next button did not work. Tried all over from the beginning, still didn’t work. Glitchy app, hoping there in an update or something as I’ve heard good things about the app itself. Or hoping someone can help?

I attended a webinar but didn’t receive my CE certificate. I followed their requirements and submitted my survey and even tried to send a message through their website but the message can’t go through . Waste of my precious time.
