Doesn’t seem compatible with IPhone 14
This won’t open on my iPhone 14. I wanted to use this to participate in CLE while traveling, but it won’t open.
Review of Mobile App
I cannot submit my key words through this app to get completion of my courses. I don’t have a laptop so this is really inconvenient.
This app has been exceeding helpful.
Has really helped simplify getting CME credits with high quality presentations.
Convenient, Reliable, Educational
I access MedEd via mobile and have not had an issue with access or upload.
Med Ed is a great educational online platform. The content is thorough. I appreciate the notes and the detailed lectures. It is very convenient to be able to access on any mobile device.
I did not find response / feedback to my online question as this was one of the said advantage on the course.
Scrolling back and forth was difficult when I wanted to replay a certain portion.
Thanks for these online classes Med Ed amd CE 21 mobile.

Mixed results
I found this app to be somewhat unintuitive. However, the tech-support was pretty quick at getting back to me, and I discovered that most of my problems were actually caused by the event organizers, not the app itself. So because of this, I will give it four stars.
CCRN ebook Q&A fiasco
I am unable to download the CCRN ebook in my iPad or my iPhone. I’ve contacted the Med-Ed people, and Apple support (been with them on the phone for over an hour trying to figure out what’s going on). I have un-installed and re-installed the app, but still with the same (lack of) results.. Help!!! I have my exam this coming Monday!!!

App not opening
App is glitching. Will not open to access courses. Was working fine until recent. Please fix. App is normally a great way to access PESI site.
Glitch
Worked fine for the first few weeks that all of a sudden various catalogs started cross populating. All of my Pesi showed up, but couldn’t find psychotherapynetworker or IFS institute programs when I changed catalogs. It just stayed on Pesi.
It used to work…
Now it crashes as soon as I log in. I’ve had to use my laptop to go to the actual webpage and forgo the app altogether!
Can’t scroll
I like to listen to the content 2-3x before I take certification tests, I usually listen on walks and drives to and from work. While I love that I can download for offline. I don’t like that I can’t scroll or change where the video plays. I can watch on my laptop and scroll or even on the phone web browser but not in the app. It doesn’t sync to where I left off on my computer or browser so the app is useless for me. If I could scroll I’d give the app 5 stars. Too bad had high hopes to be able to listen on the go to.

Keeps crashing
When I click on various organizations through which I have training courses, I get kicked back to the CE21 login page.
2 problems
Overall an amazing app. Two areas that need to be looked at are: 1) no airplay support to watch presentations on TV. 2) there is a glitch sometimes that doesn’t allow switching between catalogs ( even after restarting the app) the only solution to this is to restart the iPhone.. this happens occasionally.

Adequate but not great.
Overall it delivers the content. I dislike that I cannot switch back and forth between this app and other apps without having to click through to restart the video instead of the video staying loaded. At least the app saves my place so I don’t have to try to fast forward to get back to where I was. Also, I dislike that I don’t seem to be able to make the video full screen and seeing it so small on a mobile device is not ideal.

Overall enjoying the App
My only feedback is if I need to leave the page for a call or text coming in on my phone the app doesn’t save my place, it closes the screen. This means I have to remember where I was in the table of contents and reopen the area where I was actively learning. It does keep your place in a video but not the location of the video. It would be ideal if when returning to the app it brings me right back to the page or video I was on.

Overall - very good
I like this app as I can listen to continuing ed in my car or walks, etc. I would however, wish it could eliminate the video or watch in landscape mode. It drives me crazy to have my battery sucked up just to see someone talk. The video portion also interrupts the content by needing to rebuffer.
Downloading doesn’t work
Can’t finish any downloading on iOS, quits at something like 5%.
App times out if you pause the streamed video for a short time and because of constant closing of paused video timed out app it is just aggravating to use.
Reid S my guess is that time out of the app halts downloading and if resumed downloading starts from 0 again and the same thing happens all over again. Streamed video when pausing the app even briefly has been timing out with the app for months/if not more than a year on various iOS devices and multiple IOS versions needing the user to go in from the class/video list back to the desired video and play it again. The app is not closed by user when timing out and background refresh is enabled. This user was on the latest iOS 14.4.2 and iPad and iPhone models released in 2020 and connected to various WiFi networks.
Sorry, I can’t volunteer more of my time to be your troubleshooter as I have a full time job with insane overtime already. Hopefully your developer/tester access iOS devices as they are readily available.

Great app but too big
This is a terrific app but it needs to be condensed - it’s the biggest app on my phone. Have to delete it because have run out of storage space - but have no idea how to access these courses from my PC. Can’t find parallel app for PC.

This app is great when I am using it but I cannot download the slide and can only view the manuals from the file viewer but not download them onto my iOS device.
