CEAP Sponsor Toolkit

CEAP Sponsor Toolkit is the badge scanner for exhibitors and sponsors at the CEAP National Convention. Point the camera at a delegate's badge and the lead is captured — name, designation and institution — without tapping anything. The scanner stays live between delegates, so a queue at the booth keeps moving. Built for a convention hall rather than an office: • Continuous scanning. Nothing to press to start, and no confirmation to wait out before the next delegate. • Works with no signal. Scans captured offline are held on the device and sent as soon as the network comes back, so a dead spot on the exhibition floor costs you nothing. • Confirmation you can hear and feel. Booth staff can watch the delegate instead of the screen. • Your leads, exportable. Send the day's leads to CSV and share them from the device whenever you want them. • One booth code, one device. Codes are issued by CEAP and stay bound to the handset using them, so a code cannot quietly end up on two phones. Access requires a booth code issued by CEAP to a registered sponsor or exhibitor. The app cannot be used without one.
