Great hearing Aids
I have been using the Waves for a few now. I like them. They were easy to set up and connect to everything. The app is another story. It never stays connected and will not hold the settings. If I try to change a setting now it closes without updating. Major issues with the app. I’m going to uninstall the app and reinstall to see if that makes a difference. If they can fix the app I’d change my rating to 5 stars.

App is buggy
Hearing aids seem good but the app is nearly unusable on both my iPhones (SE3 and 11). It connects once, then locks up on the sign in screen the next time it opens. Only way I’ve found to get past it is reinstalling both app and aids each time. Unacceptable.
Great hearing aids, horrible application.
Let me start off by saying so far I have been loving the wave hearing aids. Once I finally got the app to work and customize them more that is. The app is complete trash. The fonts are huge, it looks cheap, there are misspelled words all over, and the worst part is getting it to connect to the hearing aids. They are connected to the phone just fine, but the app fails to connect to them 90% of the time. Thank goodness you don’t need the app much after the initial setup because it is a massive pain in the bum.

Can’t get into the app
I was able to get in initially and set up the earbuds but then it disconnected from the Bluetooth and it won’t get past the initial screen where you have to sign in. It’s completely frozen. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but it won’t work.
Hearing aids are great, app is not.
I recently purchased the Wave and absolutely love them. They’re a huge step up from the Sony CRE-E10’s that I wore for the past 2-3 years. However, this app has constant issues pairing to the hearing aids when I put them in. I’d have to turn off and on my Bluetooth or the aids themselves just to get the app to load properly.
Also, when I’m trying to load a historical audiogram from the in-app hearing test to the hearing aids, the aids stop working. I have to load a preset just for them to function properly, and then run another hearing test to fine tune them back to my hearing profile.
Please fix these issues. I love the device, but eliminating these app issues would make the experience perfect. Thank you!
