Cedar is now a much more flexible AI workspace. - New Claude support, with access to Anthropic models directly in Cedar - New Claude Managed Agents support, so you can load agents and work with them inside the app - New OpenAI and Gemini support for even more model choice - File attachments now work with supported Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini workflows - Image generation is now available with supported OpenAI and Gemini models - Supported responses can now include web citations, so it’s easier to trace sources - Each conversation can keep its own model and settings for a more tailored workflow - Streaming, scrolling, and conversation controls are smoother and easier to use - API key handling is now more secure with Keychain-based storage - This release makes Cedar feel faster, more capable, and much better suited for switching between local AI, self-hosted models, and connected providers.
