Appears to be out of business

I’ve been trying to use this software NO WHERE on the internet can I find this. It says it’s moved. I have the app which I can’t use because it doesn’t allow you to create a new profile
I have it 5 stars because it’s not fair to 1 star a company I haven’t had a chance to use yet.
