This is ridiculous people spend hundred dollars on these gold passes and you can't even go In haunted houses when that's included with the gold pass I don't know what the problem is if it's Six Flags or what it is i've been going to y'all for years and the prices have went up a lot

No information, useless
It’s just a map of the park now. It used to say how long the wait was for rides and which ones were closed but now it’s just a map. Anyone can google a map of cedar point and use that there’s no difference at all.
Not intuitive
Unless you’re incredibly literal when searching it’s useless. You can buy a meal plan but it won’t tell you whats covered unless you google it. There’s so much they could do with the app and it felt really frustrating to use.

Blacked out and required reinstall, filters are not always consistent, kind of works sometimes but wait times not always accurate. Just so so.

Horrible - doesn’t work at all
Pass added - nothing shows up - scan again - pass already added - still nothing in the wallet. Log out log in - nothing. Pass is in the wallet but can’t see it

App is HIGHLY Inaccurate! Every single rides wait time was off - sometimes 15 minutes - sometimes an hour and twenty minutes longer than what they had posted… Restaurants don’t appear and if they do are often the wrong name. Map is inaccurate - shows paths and walkways that are no longer there… you’re better off getting a paper map or going to the website. It’s like someone made the app - then never updated it.

Not accurate and cumbersome to use
The app frequently said that a ride was running when the ride wasn’t. We were in line for Valravyn and Maverick when they were down but the app said they were up. Which made us question getting out of the line for other rides that the app said were running because they might not have been running.
Additionally, trying to find a specific location in the app is cumbersome. You can use the map view or the list view. Using the list view doesn’t assist you in finding those locations near you but using the map view zooms in every time you click on a location to find out what it is and then you have to zoom back out to orient yourself to the area of the map.
The app also didn’t notify us that the restaurant we wanted to go to was in the water park before we walked almost all the way to it. It could have said us the time by annotating that the location was in the water park.

Literally never get the email code
Cannot even create an account because the email code is never sent, which an account is required to view wait times. Worst park app ever.
Marina ticket holder
For three years, the app is very hard to navigate very difficult to find right times and special events that are going on in the park and now this year we can’t even load our passes onto the app
I know why it’s 2.7 stars
Never got in the app. Waited for the verification code for 10min. When I finally got one it didn’t work. I could swim across the Great Lake faster than I can get into the app and I’m out of shape
