The app is terrible. It randomly doesn’t allow you to login sometimes, and then it does. The check deposit function randomly doesn’t work sometimes.

I love CRBT but their app is absolute worst banking app I have ever used. It’s dated, unorganized and just horrific to use. Not to mention half the time it just plain doesn’t open.

I recently switched from Wells Fargo. They are a terrible bank but the App is amazing. With CRBT app I feel like I’m banking in the 90’s.. U can’t find anything. It’s dated, unorganized and just horrific to use.
App Crashes
The app will only load the first screen after that it crashes every time.

Just opened an account yesterday, heard so many good things about the app from bankers. The moment I downloaded and opened it crashed and has constantly crashing. The app needs to be fix and updated. Hopefully it will be fixed
Unstable App - Always Crashes
Using iPhone 13 Pro Max: FaceID frequently fails trying to log in, have to kill the app and reopen it. App crashes almost every time I use it. Worst app I’ve ever used.
Nothing works
I can’t do anything but check balances and deposit checks. I thought apps were supposed to make things easier but instead it just frustrates me and forces me to go in person to take care of issues
App won’t work
I log in and a second the app crashes. This has been going on for weeks

The App won’t even open. I click on it and it automatically closes. Worthless can’t use it at all anymore. Use to work a few months ago… not sure what they did to it but it doesn’t work now. Very disappointing!
