Still useless 6 years on
Either with a decent wifi connection or with wifi off and data roaming on I get an animated message to the effect there is no internet connection. Just like the QR codes all round Cefalù. Must have had no money to maintain them — yet the app is 64-bit.
Nice app!
The app has great information and photos! I wish an app like this was available for all the places I will be visiting.

Don't work on iPad :( shame
Useless
If the purpose of this guide is for foreign tourists to use, then it doesn't work. This refuses to work on my phone unless I have mobile data enabled, which I will not do as it will add charges to my account. All I get is a continual rotating circle symbol :(
