Thermostat issues
We had Ceivia installed 2 years ago. The thermostat crashed after 3 months and another was installed for us. The new one has the same issues as the old one.
The temporary set button does not hold and temperature rises or falls at its own will. We now turn it on and off manually and don’t dare leave the house with it on. We have called Ceivia service on several occasions without a permanent fix.

Good idea, needs improvement
Been using to control two thermostats and it does what it is designed to do. I like seeing current temperatures as well as controlling from work so House is cool/warm when we arrive.
It would be more effective if it was easier to set schedules in app rather than going to desktop and website.
Also the detail info period is only two weeks from current date, not long enough to compare detailed usage, why not give us 5 weeks of daily usage and 25 months instead of just 12?
Water info is always a number of days in arrears so finding a leak means it’s been going for days before reported, though utility will contact me within 48 hrs if a leak is suspected.
Recently noticed the exterior temperature no longer graphs.
Improvements will make this a more useful app.

Good idea
It was a 5 star rating for one year and a half until just recently the thermostat gave me problems! It was replaced by the company twice and now it seems fine but I am skeptical for now but hopeful the problem is solved
