HORRIBLE
Was able to download pictures a few months ago, but now nothing! Fix the problem please.
Absolute garbage.
Took me a day to figure out how to login. When I figured it out. when I logged in, I uploaded my pics to the frame and they were all blurry and didn’t have a good clarity. After a couple days, it didn’t play anymore. (Garbage !!!) Don’t install
Can only download 1 pic at a time

Can’t even get it to load in months so haven’t been able to send photos in a long time! Please fix it!! Love the frame for Grandmas, but not great when it’s not working!!
Crashes constantly
I use this to send pictures to my grandmother who lives 400 miles away. She wants to see her great grandkid. It crashes at least 2x every time I try to upload photos. I can only upload 5-6 pictures at a time or else it will crash. Please fix this app!! Families are using your product to stay in touch and it’s sad that you can bother to fix it.

This app is awful
For having a service you pay for this app is horrible. CEIVA has gotten worse and worse. Every time I try to upload photos it crashes on my iPhone X. Fix the app!

Please, for the love, fix your app so it does not crash every time you try to send a picture. I think this is a simple request. Just create an app that works. That’s all.
Great for grandparents
This app has been a godsend to keep my parents connected to the kids and grandkids. Sometimes the app doesn’t work. But on a whole it’s keep my parents connected everyday.

I purchased 2 frames several years ago for grandparents. Love the product and being able to send pictures instantly. However, I haven’t been able to do so for the past 6 mos because the app crashes as soon as I open it. Please please update the app! Otherwise I have wasted my money with your product.

Frustrating! I try to upload pictures and it crashes. App is very unstable. Needs to be updated for iOS 11 and iPhone X too
HATE this app
I HATE this app so much. Every time I try to use it I cannot get it to work and have to redownload it or wait for an update to come along. For as much as we pay to use the picture frames the app shouldn’t be such garbage!!!

This version is useless. The app crashes every time I attempt to upload. Please fix.
Log-in screen issues
There’s no help to recover passwords and I’m now unable to use app. There appears to be a connection to Facebook. I tried my FB log-in info and that’s not working either. This needs to be fixed otherwise your app is useless.

The app doesn’t work half the time. Over & over & over when I’m trying to download pictures the app crashes. So frustrating!!!!
