Takes too long to load
Slow service post merger
Ever since the merger and switching to this app, my internet data speeds have gone down drastically from my previous Digi plan. Can’t even watch a video now without it pausing and buffering. Says it’s 5G but took us back to 3G to make the financials on this merger work. Use a different telco!

Very Slow App Performance
The new CelcomDigi app is very slow. It takes a long time to open even when my internet connection is strong, and sometimes it doesn’t load at all.
Honestly, I prefer the old MyDigi app because it was much faster and smoother. Please improve the performance.

Slow to load. Not user friendly
Generally this app is slow to load. Not helping with the network connection for CelcomDigi is getting worse.
I can’t even get the app to open when I use hotspot (I was trying to top up my internet- so was using another mobile provider hotspot). Disappointing with the whole app.
Even my total due not showing. Just taking a long time to load so I don’t bother checking because I can’t even click on the check bill. I’ll just wait when they send reminder to pay my bill. It’s just ridiculous.
Old Digi app is probably a lot better than this new app.

One of the Worst App
Updated to become more useless. Needs IC card to be verified!!?? Even banking apps dont need that! Worst still after the ‘latest’ update CANT even find the view/download bills detail!
Tired the support chat… more useless irrelevant feedback. Seriously. The last app before tis ‘pretty update’ was actually working…. Now I CANT get my actual bill details / statement and yearly usage statement. No monthly statements going to email too.
Seriously Digi should have remained as stand along. Now its just part of the Telekom/ Celcom rubbish dump.

Old version much faster
Hi Celcom Team,
Dont know why you upgraded this apps to a newer and much slower than before. I always have no problem with the old version when it comes to top-up my account every month BUT now it is very hard for me to even go into the next page after the Blue screen at the begining?? A blue page with your butterfly...usually people upgraded their apps for a better user friendly but not this new apps. Seriously the older version NEVER troubpe me at all. I had enough waits already.
