Refund
Couldn’t get into my App Store to cancel the subscription. App is useless when it comes to actually providing somewhere someone could get support for something like this. I need someone to respond to this and tell me how to get support with this problem because like I said the app is useless.

SCAM!!
It said I had 1 free try, but then made me buy the subscription. I bought the subscription, but then they still wouldn’t let me use it, over and over even though I bought unlimited access I can’t use it once. Can’t get a refund from Apple either because there’s no receipt.

Tried 3 times to load a picture AFTER several tries at subscription. Never worked and just looped you back to the camera! Never mind!

Bring back the gender categories
I do prefer the old system where you could pick your gender instead of having the AI randomly select a celebrity for you. Can you not do this as the current UI is a bit of a mess compared to the old one?

Canceling membership
How do I do this when all your website links have a 404 error? The app doesn’t seem to have settings or anything where I can customize my membership.

Only lets you do one picture before you have to pay.
The results are mildly accurate. I uploaded a picture of myself and it gave me some dude who I kinda looked like. However, if I hadn’t compared him to the picture of me, I would never have thought I looked like him. But this app is much more accurate than most I’ve used. And the free trial (even though it’s just one picture) is helpful.
