I bought the weekly subscription and can’t even used it! At first it says i have put of credits and will get it in 2 hours, when i checked in today i have 0 credits again and have to wait for 18 hours!!! I wasn’t able to use it!!! SCAM!!!!!!!

I want my money back. I bought the promotional one week and then 10 credits more for nearly £5 and the app doesn’t allow me to make not even an image.

Extortionate and limiting
£15 a week is extortionate, and even if it fails to generate an image, it still deducts a credit. There’s also a weird update where every image produced has an Instagram story ratio and there’s nothing you can do to change it, so images either crop stuff out or look squished. This is what I get for trying out AI, don’t bother.

I downloaded the app yesterday and the first time I opened it, it told me I had used all my credits for the day. I paid for the 1 week use, still said I had no credits but that I would get 10 new ones at midnight. I paid for 10 more credits and still nothing.
Just opened it 5 mins ago (the next day) and it says the same thing, that I have zero credits and that I’ve used them all for the day. I haven’t been able to make anything so how could I have used my credits? I paid for extras that never even came. So far this app has stolen $15 from me and I’ve gotten nothing from it.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Only takes your money. Paid for the version that gives you 10 credits daily, but I’m never able to use them. Then I have to wait 24 hours to get more. When the 24 hours are up I go back and it says I’ve already used them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Did not receive the 10 daily credits as stated with subscription. Went on to buy 25 additional credits. Even with the subscription and extra credits purchased, each time I tried creating an image it would bring me back to the purchasing options. App never worked for me through subscription or through actually purchasing credits.

Good and Bad
I absolutely love this app. The pics are so realistic!! I had paid 5 extra credits to have a photo animated, but for some reason, it got flagged. The app took those credits, and I never got them back. Don’t know what I said to have it flagged like that, but you had no right to just confiscate those credits. Also, I have bought credits from you twice, and never received them. Other than that, I really enjoy making these pictures!!! Thanks 😊

Does what it’s supposed to however it’s ridiculous to be paying £9.99 a week but still have a limit of 5 image generators per day. For that price, it should be unlimited or at least way more. Way too expensive.
