Doesn’t work
I’m trying to download the app. It worked for a quick minute and now nothing but a white screen. I have gotten out of it and turned my phone off and on and try to reload. Nothing…

White screen
When I open the app, it ask for tokens. I said no and all I got was a white screen. I have a cruise booked for May and it won't let me in.
Frozen
The app opens but freezes right away. You can’t do anything

Bad app
This is ridiculous. Why would this large company not have a working app for people who have paid thousands of dollars on a cruise to be able to utilize. Inexcusable.
I just hope the cruise line isn’t as terrible
App hasn’t worked for at least 2 months. I could understand it being down a day. Completely useless. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

The app worked just fine for the months of July/august 2024. After that just a white screen. What happened?
Not working
I enter the app for first time, and after choosing International (or US) it says it will ask 3 questions but It doesn’t go any further. I can’t get past that screen.

App doesn’t download
This app sends me in circles. I had it downloaded once and then I couldn’t access anything. Now it sends me in circles to the App Store to get the newest version and when I open that it sends me back to the App Store to get the latest version. What????
Loved it till a few days ago
Loved the app on my IPhone & IPad until few days ago. It says that we are using and older version n please down load the new one. Yet there is no update So nothing works.
App not working
When you go to open app, it takes you to a screen that says you are not using latest version. When you click to update it goes back to previous screen. So app is just looping.

The app says to get a new version but there is none and now, no access to the app and infos… I told the company but nothing seems to be done… I am on Apple.

White screen of death
Screen goes to white after 30 seconds. It doesn’t matter if you are on board or planning. My guess is that the app needs to update as to IOS version.
Cruise is nice so far. Surprisingly good food and rooms and drinks. Though book excursions at your own risk - they are spotty as to quality.

A waste of time
This would have to be on of the worst apps that I have ever tried to use. Maybe the developer could spend more time testing the app before releasing.
