The verdict is based on the public list of suitable products published by ACELU (Asociacion Celiaca del Uruguay, the Celiac Association of Uruguay) and on community contributions, and works offline with a local snapshot so you can check at the shelf even without signal. Practical guides: newly diagnosed, cross-contamination, how to read labels, and eating out or traveling gluten-free. Meal ideas: gluten-free recipes with ingredients you can find locally, with step-by-step instructions and nutrition info. Every piece of content states where the information comes from (ACELU, the community, or AI analysis) so you know what to trust.
