Great concept. Too bad it doesn’t work well.
When testing functionality I have experienced that the receiver gets notification only when the receiver goes in to open the app on their end. Far from being a reliable resource to receive support quickly.

It’s obvious no one is maintaining this app. Don’t “Get”! It won’t acknowledge phone numbers, login is bad, no privacy agreement, and no “help” available. They’ve abandoned ship, but the App should be removed as an option.
Doesn’t work
Entered my phone number to verify account multiple times, it tells me it’s unable to send verification and asks me to “correct” my number.
Very unusable
Logged in 50x won’t stay logged in or remember password. Glitchy, very few area users. Many broken features that won’t work. Needs severe updating.

Can't log in with Facebook (goes no where). Can't invite friends. Tells me I have no network when I'm on Speedtested 150Mbps. The many misspelled words throughout the app are unintelligent and moronic. No wonder it doesn't work. Keeping the GPS on all the time drains battery. Deleting app.

Missing "just 411"
Why can't we have the 'old' 411 and just look up phone numbers, Unimproved, unadorned, just like it was,without all the fancy stuff, networking and threats to "officer security," etc. It now has a totally different purpose now and totally useless for me.

Great Possibly Lifesaving app
This app has everything, as its developers must have thought of everything. Beautiful interface, very user-friendly and it could possibly save your life one day. Must have and placed on your opening screen.

Although I have not had to use it and use is not widespread in my area, I will support apps like this on principle. I have an outdated iphone so I'm positive the few gliches I've experienced are associated with that. Really wish there was more visibility on this app. Everyone should be using it. Thanks ya'll.

Deal Breaker
Using my location services even when the app isn't open is a deal breaker for me. You should give users conscious of their privacy an option to only use location services when the app is open (maybe there is a reduced feature set, but some people would rather - such as I).
I love it!
I ride a dual sport motorcycle and 90% of the time I'm in cell coverage.
In the event of a breakdown or injury it feels good to have the peace of mind that I can send an alert out to my friends and they'll be just around the corner with a 4x4 to help me out.

Great concept, needs more adoption of users
This app could be quite valuable to every day citizens, as it keeps accountability as well as a heads up for danger areas. However, a social app is only as good as its users, and currently they are far and few between. If this app picks up steam, it could do wonders but as of now I'll have to leave it on the shelf as I'm the only one in my area that uses it. Really hope it picks up steam!

As an activist I've been exploring it and it's been working good so far. My main issue is that we cannot customize the alert buttons. Our activism requires different alerts other than just say "criminal activity" or "stuff on fire". It would be good to be able to customize what these buttons says according to what form of activism you do.
It would also also be good to make the alerts as resolved so everyone is no longer worried about it.

Too many feature advertisements!
This app's developers seem to think that each new feature is worth an alert notification. Maybe they're truly amazing developments, but if more apps did this, our phones would quickly become completely unusable.
Fire your Facebook rep
I noticed an ad on Facebook today by this company that was a news piece about a woman who had been held captive by her boyfriend and beaten with the caption, "if she had Cell 411, this might not have happened", which I thought was in incredibly poor taste. When I replied to the post and said so, I was told that they didn't care about my "millennial sensibilities", which while insulting, was funny because I'm 41. I had actually shared their posts in the past, because I thought this app was a good idea. Now I'll be deleting it, because any company that would allow a social media representative to talk to a customer like whoever runs that Facebook page did isn't going to get my business ever.
