Okay but not great
I was hoping it would do a virtual walk through of an eukaryotic cell too. It was also missing a few cellular structures. I found a free app that was better. It would also be beneficial if it read the description to you for younger readers

This is a wonderful app. It is full of useful information about organelles as well as diagrams. I use this often when discussing cells in class.

I bought this app and after the first screen loads it crashes every time tried reinstalling it, tried another ipad with new operating system and alway same result. Contacted owner and still not fixed. Save your money.

Amazing animations
Really enjoyed this app, it's well structured with great information provided on the cells. However as commented in a pervious review I would the images to be moveable to get a better view of the cells.
Great app but could use some tweaking!
Very great information and well presented, but I would make the images movable so you can really explore the cell. You should also be able to resize the image, other than that I would recommend it to anyone who would like to understand a cell stucture.
Excellent teaching device
This app has a great deal of information and it has just enough student interplay and hidden pages to make it interesting. I created a simple worksheet to guide them to what I wanted the biology students to focus on. Works for me. 4 stars because I wanted it to cover more.
Great animation
I bought this app to help my son study for his 9th grade biology test on cell structure. Initially, he was overwhelmed with his textbook and class notes but this app reinforced what he already knew and allowed him to put together and gain a general understanding of the cell structure.

Not worth the money, yet.
Disappointing. Lots of potential but lacks detail and depth. I gave it 2 stars for the graphics. For example, the DNA strand could zip and unzip showing the 4 different bases. Hopefully, more will be added.

Very good app, worth the money, needs some updates, like on the quiz, please show the right answer if picked the wrong one, otherwise what the heck am I gonna learn,
Superb
I bought this to help me understand college level anatomy and physiology and while it didn't go into great depth, it helped my basic understanding of the cell. The images, videos, and explanations are fantastic. Any teen going through high school A&P would love this app!
Excellent for the budding scientist
This app is designed for older kids and contains some pretty in depth information which is fantastic! I bought this app to expose my (precocious) 6 year old to advanced biology concepts. It turns out her 4 year old brother enjoys watching the presentations, and both have learned from the app already (our parrot also enjoys the beeping sounds and likes to copy them). The app is stunning and stunningly designed. A very easy 5 stars.

I have Biology this year in high school. This app has helped me understand Mitosis, and the cell cycle in a new way.

Awesome graphics!
This app covers just about every major cell topic for middle and high school students. Interactive components and videos are nice components.
Definitely for young readers
I mistakenly downloaded thinking this would be applicable to my biology class.

This is bs it keeps crashing whenever I try to do anything it locks up
Problem with installing on iPad
I pressed install on my iPad and the application froze. I looked at the application a little later and it was installing, but extremely slow. I tried to delete, but I cannot because it is in the middle of installation. Now it is the next day (about 11 hours later) and the feature is still trying to install and I still cannot delete the feature from the iPad, even to start over....Sheesh.....one good thing...after 11 hours later, the installation looks almost complete.....I will update you guys in a few......
