Tower visibility depends on the available network data in your area, and in some regions nearby towers may not be publicly listed with precise coordinates. We understand that support for imperial units would improve usability for many users in the United States, and we are already considering additional measurement options for future updates. Refund decisions are handled directly by Apple, but we truly appreciate your comments as they help us improve the app and make network analysis more useful for all users.
