Awesome store and staff and the app works great especially during this covid19 epidemic when everything needs to be delivered.
Worst Service in Manhattan
I called the store for my delivery that was over an hour late and the worker who answered the phone told me it was delivered to the doorman because the elevator wasn’t working. One of the elevators wasn’t working and I don’t live high enough where stairs wouldn’t be an option (4 floors). She said it so nonchalant and with an attitude so I told her I was upset with the service. She then started yelling back at me and ran off the phone. A man came on the phone and started asking what I wanted to order. I told him my issue with the service and his worker and he began screaming and talking over me, calling me the wrong name multiple times and telling me I’m not right just because I’m the customer. He eventually hung up on me. I’ve been a loyal customer since I moved to Hell’s Kitchen in September and I will never be returning to Cellar 53. Terrible, terrible service.
